DealFlow AI offers a public sample analysis and paid live analysis.

Live Analysis Purchases

Live analysis is currently sold as a one-time purchase per property.

Refunds May Be Issued If

• you were charged more than once for the same property in error
• the live report failed to generate due to a confirmed technical or provider-side error
• we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to a service failure

Refunds Generally Are Not Issued If

• the report was successfully generated and delivered
• you changed your mind after purchase
• you disagree with the analysis, valuation, underwriting view, or output
• you entered the wrong property after the report was successfully generated, unless required by law

Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email aric.sangchat@gmail.com with:

• the account email used
• property address
• date of charge
• reason for the request

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider and bank.
