DealFlow AI provides property analysis tools, market discovery features, dashboards, saved deals, and secure report-sharing tools for real estate investors and related users.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Paid Services
Certain features, including live provider-backed analysis, may require payment. Pricing will be displayed before purchase.
5. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
DealFlow AI is provided for informational purposes only. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or appraisal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and due diligence.
6. Data and Accuracy
We use third-party data sources and AI-generated summaries. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently verify all material information.
7. User Content and Inputs
You retain rights to the information you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to process that information to operate the service.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use the service unlawfully
- attempt to bypass payment or access controls
- scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- share reports in a misleading or fraudulent way
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud risk, abuse, or legal compliance reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
